Zone 99 -

Don't want to hunt this year, but want to increase your Preference Points!

New in 2008: Hunters can apply for preference only by selecting bear Area 99. By selecting Area 99, hunters will be unsuccessful in the lottery but will accrue one preference point to increase their chances of success in future years.

If you are applying as a group - I suggest holding on to your Group # for the next years application. There can be no more than 4 in a group.
