This 2km long seaside bank looks empty at noon, but the situation is completely different in the evening. Gurney Drive is the famous recreation venue not only for local residents but also visitors of Penang. At dawn or sunset, it is a place for jogging and refreshment. When day turns to night, families, youngsters and couples gather here, chat and laugh, spending time out of worries and dust. Many like to enjoy delicious food at a nearby open air food square. |
