It's Siméon Poisson's lucky day, because today is the day you will be embarking on a journey that fulfills his philosophy of mathematics.  You will get to discover the art of geometry and how geometry can be intertwined within other disciplines of mathematics.  Once you have become an expert you will then be responsible for creating your own problems that will be later used to teach your classmates.  Good luck and remember only you control your mathematics destiny.
