The student needed to be refocused a number of times throughout the webquest.  The student did not take good notes from the various websites they visited.
For the most part the student used their time in class wisely and only had to be refocused a few times.  The student took notes from the various websites they visited, but it is obvious they only wrote down the minimal amount.

The students hands in some work, but it is clearly unorganized.  Papers are ripped and thrown together, with pieces of the poster/deck of cards and "cookbook of mathematical recipes" missing.  The students' hand writing is illegible.

The student made an unoriginal, uninteresting, and uncolorful poster/deck of cards and "cookbook of mathematical recipes" that did not include all of the required material.
