| Diverse Experience | ||||||||||||||||
| My teaching experiences have been diverse. I have teaching experience in three schools where a large percentage of the student body were from diverse populations. I also have teaching experience in two schools where most of the student body was Caucasian. The major lesson I've learned from all these experiences is this: students are students, good teachers are good teachers. I firmly believe that good teachers can be successful wherever they are. What matters most is a teacher's positive attitude and encouragement. Along with a teacher's approach, a supportive, professional staff can overcome any obstacle or strengthen any asset. My teaching experiences are listed as follows. All statistics are from www.greatschools.net. |
