My name is Laurie Bowers and I am the school counselor at Jones Dairy Elementary School. I hold a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling. I have s strong background in human growth and development, counselor theory, appraisal, career and lifestyle development, group work and consultation. I am a North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, a National Certified School Counselor and a NPTS teacher. I began working as a school counselor in 1996.
