* aid teachers and parents in helping children
* assist in crisis situations
* help students develop self understanding and self-esteem

* maintain confidentiality within legal and professional guidelines
* Individual Counseling: short term individual counseling (approx 3-4 sessions)
* Small Group Counseling: (examples of topics include anger management, grief, friendship, study skills, social skills, separated/divorced, ADHD)
* Classroom Guidance: Classes are taught by the counselor on topics such as cooperation, character traits, study skills, violence prevention, careers and a host of other topics.
