The Commonwealth hopes to see the establishment of an independent, democratic government in the former Republic of Abaco.

II. Austral Confederation
The Commonwealth hopes to see closer relations with the Austral Confederation.   The Commonwealth rejects the claims of the Austral Confederation to being the heir to Montedoria.

III. Bhedulia
The UFUR would like to see an opening of relations with Bhedulia.

IV. Civitas
The Commonwealth wishes to see diplomatic relations opened with the republic of Civitas.

V. Confederate Nations
The Commonwealth is worried by the Confederate Nations' foreign policy history and will withhold all diplomatic interaction in protest.

VI. Cruiswieck
The Commonwealth wishes to see diplomatic relations opened with the republic of Cruiswieck.

VII. H�romsz�k
The Commonwealth wishes to hold and maintain good relations with H�romsz�k.

VIII. Kanjiri
The Commonwealth enjoys and values its close relations with the Empire of Kanjiri and it's collaboration to advance stability in southeast Niveria.

IX. Lacrosse-Michardie
The Commonwealth wishes to see diplomatic relations opened with the United Kingdom of Lacrosse-Michardie.

X. Limor & Limadestan
The Commonwealth wishes to see diplomatic relations opened with the federal republic of Limor & Limadestan.

XI. Neepon
The Commonwealth wishes to see the Worker's Revolutionary Republic of Neepon reunited with it's northern counterparty under the Commonwealth flag.

XII. Ostensia
The Commonwealth enjoys its close relations with the Kingdom of Ostensia and values its partnership.

XIII. Reichstadt
The Commonwealth enjoys its close relations with the Grand Dominion of Reichstadt and wishes to maintain them.

XIV. S�pmi
The Commonwealth hopes to come into closer relations with the Democratic Republic of S�pmi.

XV. Sunamia
The Commonwealth wishes to see diplomatic relations opened with the Democratic Nation of Sunamia.

XVI. Turia
The Commonwealth enjoys its close relations with the republic of Turia.

XVII. Urop
The Commonwealth wishes to see diplomatic relations opened with the Democratic Nation of Urop.

XVIII. Vetlanda
Vetlanda has always been a close friend of the Commonwealth.  It is hoped that relations will continue to grow closer.

XIX. Vladevania
With the expiration of the peace treaty in 1507 and the lack of any re-negotiated terms for relations between Vladevania and the Commonwealth, the Commonwealth does not currently maintain relations with Vladevania.  The Commonwealth is worried by the vast human rights abuses within Vladevania and the racist attitude of its government.   For this reason, the Commonwealth has levied steep sanctions against Vladevania and maintains extensive border defenses.  The Commonwealth would like to see the Vladevanian government replaced by a democratic regime.

XX. Zirkae
The Commonwealth wishes to see diplomatic relations opened with the People's Republic.

Part Two - Organizations

I. Non-Aligned Movement
The Commonwealth fully supports and endorses the pursuit of neutrality.

II. SEMTO
The Commonwealth considers SEMTO to be a defunct and spent force in international affairs.

III. United Commonwealths
The Commonwealth views the United Commonwealth as a method of imposing foreign influence on the internal affairs of other nations.  It hopes that the United Commonwealth will change it's anti-socialist stance and focus on democratic ideals.

IV.  Western Defense League
The Commonwealth conswers the WDL to be a defunct and spent force in international affairs.

V. Scandian World Bank of Development
The Commonwealth supports the purposes and aims of the Scandian World Bank of Development and assumes all obligations, duties and responsibilites of the former Unionist Federation.

VI. World Economic Organization
The Commonwealth supports and endorses the work of the World Economic Organization and intends to seek full membership therein.

Part Three - Miscellaneous

I. Niverian Continent
The Commonwealth wishes to seek great cooperation and interaction within Niveria, and for this purposes supports the creation of an Organization of Niverian States.
