Ms. Arvatuk was born November 14, 1471.  In 1497 she became both the youngest chief of her tribe, but also the first female leader in the tribe's history.  Her position as the political leader of her people quickly brought her to the attention of Ivan Karetuk who helped her work to the upper strata of the Unionist Party.  She was chosen in 1509 to be the newly amalgamated SMDA, one of the most powerful positions within the former UFUR and now the Commonwealth.
