| Recently, I had a cliente that hired my services to: 1. Generally clean up there computer system by uninstalling misc. software that they didn't use any more and just wanted the disk space back. 2. Updated their Anti-Virus protection by downloading updates from the internet. 3. Installed new software and gave tutorial on how to use it. 4. Wrote short-cuts on the desk top for easier management of programs. 5. Built new folders for storage of files and easier access. (it saved the customer time in looking for files they had no idea where they were stored). 6. Downloaded and installed an internet fax program that allows the customer to receive faxes as email. This feature also allows the customer a mini set of scan tools. 7. Built templates in Word for: Letterhead, Fax Cover Sheet, Envelope, and most common forms. 8. Showed customer exisiting templates in both Word and WordPerfect that could be used to write marketing tools such as: brochures, flyers, presentation pieces, business cards, stationery, envelopes, reports, etc. 9. Wrote a PowerPoint Presentation for the customer which included: music, narration, images of their product line, and animation. 10. Performed data conversion of WordPerfect files to Word files. 11. Built custom mailing list for potential mass mailing. |
