Please bare in mind these afghans have been donated to various non-profit organizations as fund-raisers. They are part of a Ministry called Vessel At Work which is a Christian Ministry that supplies secretarial, desktop publishing and administrative services to various Churches, Ministers, Evangelists and Pastors, often at no charge. To offer such a generous service involves the founder of this Ministry, Rev. Jackie Burley to hold down a full-time job during the day plus servicing her own private customer base, plus crocheting in her spare time. She loves what she does. As a professional Secretary / Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant, Sis. Jackie receives a lot of pleasure when one of her anointed Prayer-ghans finds its way into a home and blesses the household. Each afghan / Prayer-ghan is prayed for and anointed by a group of ministers before it leaves the Burley household.
Anyone that would like to obtain one of these hand made custom made Prayer-ghans, please know the money will go into a viable ministry and you would received a tax deductable donation slip from this non-profit organization.
Footnote: Some of these afgans have gone for as much as $2,000 for a fund-raiser. The money blessed both the evangelist and the church where the event took place.
