Inez Betty Sons

Inez Betty Sons was born on 13FEB1931 near the town of Town, Louisiana. She was the twelth child of twelve children born to Julian Nerville Sons and Marie Cadis. Her siblings were: Julian Justin Sons, Chester Joseph Sons, Lucretia Agnes Sons, Mary Evelina Sons, Wilton Joseph Sons, Arthur (Jake) Sons, Florence Sons, Aggie Sons, Maggie Moran Sons, Elwood Ernest Sons, and Richard Crawford Sons.

Inez was a Downs Syndrome child, who was taken care of for years by her older sister Maggie. Her final days were spent in a nursing home in Mississippi. She died on 02JUL1987.

I remember Inez as sweet and caring, and although she was blind, she always knew who walked into the room.
