Jukebox Commander

v3.3

Here's a program I developed for the Nomad (DAP) Jukebox (and now also the Nomad II series).  Its called Jukebox Commander because it is able to command just about everything about your Nomad Jukebox - easily.  It allows you to explore all the Nomad's information in a structured tree view, and allows you to perform all your tasks in an intuitive drag and drop manner.  It even allows you to view and manipulate the audio files on your PC in the same powerful manner.

JBCommander works with the Nomad/DAP Jukebox 1, and the Nomad II series of players on Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, and XP.  Support for the Jukebox 3 will be forthcoming, but the exact timeframe is as yet unknown.

In order to fund further developments and enhancements, JBCommander is now shareware. The version available here for download is fully functional for you to evaluate. For just US$19.95, you will receive a single-user registration code that will enable extra features and remove certain limitations placed on the unregistered version. This registration code will be valid for most future versions of JBCommander.  Click here to check out what people who have already registered have said.  If you require a multi-user license, feel free to e-mail us!

You just pay the ONE low price of US$19.95, whether you have a Jukebox, a Nomad II, or both!

The full installation includes JBDirect v3.10 (although it says Service Pack 4 in the JBDirect About window).   Go to http://www.devconcept.com/jbdirect/servicepack.asp to check if you need to update your copy of JBDirect DLL to the latest service pack.
Note: JBCommander still requires the Creative Labs Jukebox USB driver (OASISUSB.SYS) to be installed on your PC.  Due to legal reasons, we cannot include or install this driver as a part of the JBCommander installation program.  You will need to either install PlayCenter, or manually install the device driver on your PC before JBCommander will work.
