We thought using this website might be more convenient for everyone than registering at a store to which everyone might not have access. The Frequently Asked Questions page explains how it works, but we would like to highlight some of the unique features that led us to choose it.
Felicite allows us to create a wishlist of any items and services that can be purchased online. It also allows guests to make partial payments, so that if the only thing left on the list is the $25,000 crystal chandelier, they can contribute any amount toward it that seems appropriate. Because we have been living away from home for some time, we already have many of the household items that are listed on traditional gift registries, if not two of them. However, there are many less conventional goods and services that would help us start our lives together as a married couple.
Please also note that we are just tickled pink that we are getting married and that so many people we love will be joining us on our special day. Your love, warm wishes, and presence mean so much more to us than that chandelier, anyway.
