Kari is a member of the Kwai, a nomadic race of beings living in the "Lost" galaxy. While being hunted by the Progeny, she discovered the remains of the Legion outpost and found crystal cocoons inside which contained several members of the Legion. She joined the Legion in their quest to return home and in battle against the Progeny, leaving behind her own pacifistic people.
Kari has the native Kwai ability to track a subject over enormous distances. She can also fly and grow a form of chitinous armor with razor-sharp claws.
Kari joined the "Lost" Legionnaires during their time in her galaxy and met the Progenitor, a former Legionnaire who had a hand in the creation of her people and many others. She then returned to UP space with her new friends. |
