Niigata is a great town but try to find a computer shop where they speak English. And if they do… they still won’t work on your foreign computer. Have you tried to find English versions of your favorite software? Don’t bother. Akihabara is far away and if you do make the trip… wow, everything is soooooo expensive.

And if you got frustrated one night and smashed ‘the stupid thing’ with a chair… we do data recovery.

Whatever the problem, give us a call or email us. We’ll try to fix it.
If we can’t, we will just shake hands and no charge. At the very least, we promise not to make it any worse.
