There is a huge underground joint CIA/alien base northwest of Dulce, New Mexico. The entrance to the base is on Mount Archuleta (also called Archuleta Mesa), on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation. The base gets water and power from a dam on the Navajo River, and expells waste water back into the Navajo River. The base is set up so that the U.S. government has control of the upper levels, and the aliens control the lower levels.

There are several types of aliens: the reptoids, the grays, the nordics, and the dracos are just a few. Although the reptilian reptoids have bases on other worlds, they claim to be the "original terrans". They say they were here even before man appeared on earth. The "grays" are sort of like servants for the reptoids.

The aliens have digestive problems. They can receive nourishment only by absorbing it through their skin. They abduct and mutilate cattle and human beings for this purpose, making a sort of nutrient solution that their skin can absorb. They have vats in which this nutrient soup is grown from "starter" obtained during mutilations of cattle and humans. The aliens are also having breeding problems, so they abduct human women, impregnate them, and then remove the hybrid fetus shortly thereafter. They also abduct men and use human sperm in genetic experiments. They monitor those that they have abducted by means of implants. The U.S. government allows them to continue these dastardly deeds in return for alien technology. This technology includes flying saucer propulsion systems and something called "flash guns".

There are many other underground bases, including one at Area 51. This base is a joint human - nordic alien base. Thankfully, the nordic aliens are friendly, and presumably do not consume human flesh. All of these bases are connect by a super-fast underground shuttle system. These bases were constructed using small atomic blasts and the shuttle tunnels were constructed using giant boring machines developed by the Rand Corporation.

The development of SDI weapons systems was not really for defense against the U.S.S.R., but was to maintain a balance of power with the aliens to prevent them from completely taking over the earth.
