4. Rock Turn Cha Cha 1
5. Front Turn Cha Cha 1
6. Back Turn Cha Cha 1
7. Rock Step (No Turn)
1. The first step moves in the direction A, since the preceding step has
moved in this direction. Thus in this case the Right foot moves forward.
2. The second step will move in the direction B, which is the opposite direction
in which the first step has moved (direction A), since this is basically a Rock
Step. Thus in this case the Left foot moves backward.
3. At the start, you are facing direction A, and end facing and being square to
the direction A.
5. After the two steps end with weight on the Left foot.
6. (Refer Figure 3 above)
8. Chasse (Turn 180 degrees)
1. The first step moves in the direction B, since the preceding step has
moved in this direction. Thus in this case the Right foot moves backward.
2. To understand the correct side of the turn, swing the foot going in for the
first count Cha, and swivel simultaneously on the other foot, which is the
stationary foot. Here the Right foot swings backward and swivel on the Left foot
and the turn is to the Right.
3. All the three steps move in the direction B, and turn gradually.
4. End with weight on the Right foot and facing and being square in the
direction B.
5. (Refer Figure 4 above)
9. Front Turn (Turn 180 degrees)

in which the first step has moved (direction B), since this is basically a Rock
Step. Thus in this case the Right foot moves forward.

Left foot swings forward and swivel on the Right foot and the turn is to the
right.

the direction A.
5. After the two steps end with weight on the Right foot.

first count Cha, and swivel simultaneously on the other foot, which is the
stationary foot. Here the Left foot swings forward and swivel on the Right foot
and the turn is to the Right.
3. All the three steps move in the direction A, and turn gradually.
4. End with weight on the Left foot and facing and being square in the direction
A.
5. (Refer Figure 4 above)
11. Back Turn (Turn 180 degrees)

2. The second step will move in the direction B, which is the opposite direction
in which the first step has moved (direction A), since this is basically a Rock
Step. Thus in this case the Left foot moves backward.
3. To understand the correct side of the turn, swing the foot going in for the
first count Back, and swivel simultaneously on the stationary foot. Here the
Right foot swings backward and swivel on the Left foot and the turn is to the
right.
4. At the start, you are facing direction B, and end facing and being square to
the direction A.
5. After the two steps end with weight on the Left foot.
12. Chasse (Turn 180 degrees)
