Burger King says that it will replace the nets on its enclosed indoor and outdoor play areas with no-climb nets, following the death of a 4-year-old boy. The child climbed over a net into a part of the playground not intended for play and became entrapped between parts of the structure and died. The new sets will extend seven feet from the floor and will have smaller holes than their predecessors, which will prevent children from climbing into non-play areas.
