Instead of using candy for an initiative to use the potty, I buy a whole bunch of those little toys that you buy for kids party favors and put them in a basket in the bathroom. When she uses the potty, she gets to choose a toy. [My daughter] so does not need the extra sugar, believe me!! ~~submitted by Tessa

	Summer Sunset 1 cup cantalope peices 1/2 cup semifrozen canned manderin orange segmants 1 scoop (about 1/3 cup) rasberry sherbert In a blender, process cantaloupe and orange segments untill smooth. Pour nto a wide glass or dessert bowl; place sgerbert scoop in center. Yield: 1 cup; 1 serving ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Choco pear shake 2 ice cubes 1 small ripe pear, peeled, cut into pieces 1/2 cup frozen nonfat chocolate yogurt 1 tsp. chocolate syrup (optional, but delicious) In a blender, process ice cubes untill crushed:add pear and blend until pureed. Add remaining ingredients and blend untill smooth. Yeild: 1 cup; 1 serving ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Super "C" Slushie 1 large orange, peeled and halved,seeds removed 3/4 cup lemon sorbet 1 kiwi, peeled, cut into peices 1 tbs. sugar cut orange into 1" pieces. In blender, process untill pureed. Add remaining ingredients and blend untill smooth. Yield: 1 3/4 cups: 2 servings
