Headaches/Migraines

Point Location Function
Colon 1 At the base of the nail of the index finger, on the outsides. Frontal headaches, and upper toothaches.
Gall Bladder 20 At the base of the skull level with the mastoid process. Move your finger back from behind your ear until you find a depression at the side of your skull Soothes the liver, calms the mind
Small Intestine 3 On the outer edge of the hand, in the hollow area behind the knuckle of the little finger, below the bone when making a fist Calms internal wind such as headaches and stiff neck. Good for migraines
Tai Yang At the side of the head at the temples, an inch away from eyebrows Clears fire.

Insomnia/Stress

Point Location Function
Liver 3 On the top of the foot between the first and second foot bones Calms the mind and helps subdue spasms and cramps.
Heart 6 On the inside of the arm between the two tendons, three fingers' width up from the wrist crease. Calms the mind and stomach.
Kidney 1 On the bottom of the foot, between the base (mount) of the big toe and second toe. Clears heat, especially the head. Calms the heart and mind.
Conception Vessel 23 Lightly press staight in; in the middle of the space between the nose and upper lip, in the center. Calms the mind.

1st Aid Revival

Point Location Function
Heart 1 On the inside of the little finger, at the outside of the base of the fingernail Helps to start and stimulate the heart.
Gall Bladder 20 At the base of the skull level with the mastoid process. Move your finger back from behind your ear until you find a depression at the side of your skull Pressing upward will revive, or aid revival for CPR.
Kidney 1 On the bottom of the foot, between the base (mount) of the big toe and second toe. Will revive, or aid revival for CPR.
