Employer Contacts

Through cold calling efforts our Job Developers are able to effectively communicate with appropriate management staff, send cover letters and resumes for their review, and when possible, set up interviews for our clients.

Our national corporate database of employers allows us the ability to contact key managers of companies by name — not the receptionist or human resources! We are able to send our clients resumes directly to the right contact for immediate review and consideration for faster interviews.

Our strategically designed Job Seeking Skills Program builds confidence and motivation through mock calling, interview exercises and hands on coaching. Our program gives clients the tools and strategies to make them effective on a daily basis in their job search; producing more applications, interviews and job offers.
