John has over fifteen years of providing placement and staffing services to clients of all career backgrounds and needs. John spent over ten years with companies like Robert Half International and Techies.com in a variety of staffing and recruitment position as well as variety of managerial roles. John has a BS degree in Business Management from Saint John’s University, and volunteers his time with area Job Transition Groups. John currently also sits on the board of MARP (Minnesota Association of Rehabilitation Providers).

Katherine has been with WPS since 2005 and speaks, writes, and translates fluently in Spanish. Katherine has a BA degree in Business and Spanish from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, NY. She has a Human Resources background in Staffing, Candidate Sourcing, and Networking. Katherine works with both Spanish and English speaking clients, as well as offering Translation Services (Spanish), Job Development, Job Seeking Skills Training, and Labor Market Surveys.

Cari has many years experience in the staffing and placement industry.  She has worked with clients and employers in many fields including; automotive, industrial, and technical industries.  She excels at working with clients in all areas dealing with networking, job seeking skills training, and job search strategy.  Cari has her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Minnesota State University.

Jodi Acker’s comprehensive knowledge of rehabilitation starts at the core of the industry.  After she graduated from St. Cloud State University with her Baccelaurette Degree in Psychology, she obtained a position as a Job Coach and Case Manager in a sheltered workshop. She then returned to St. Cloud State to obtain her Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.  Since then she has been working as a Rehabilitation Counselor providing services as in Job Development, Placement; Medical Management; Vocational Testing and completing On-Site Job Analysis; Ergonomic Assessments and Labor Market Surveys.

Bob worked in human resources at Honeywell for over 25 years and most recently has been a Certified Associate with Lee Hecht Harrison, and outplacement company.  Bob has also volunteered for over 10 years at his church in the administration of a job support group which meets weekly.

Bobette has over 20 years experience in the Placement Industry; serving in a variety of sales, marketing and staffing positions. She has been assisting WPS with Job Lead Development since September of 2004 and is actively involved in area Job Transition Networking Groups. Bobette received her BA from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN with degrees in Business and English.

Tee has a 25 year history of coordinating vocational programs that provide job placement services to people with disabilities and individuals living in poverty.  Specializing in building community partnerships, Tee provided the vision/leadership, marketing and contract negoitations that resulted in multiple job placements with Target, Wells Fargo, Cub Foods, Second Harvest Heartland, McDonald's Pizza Hut, YMCA.

Tee recieved a Bachelors Degree in Education from  Alabama A & M University, Masters Degree in Special Education from the University of Alabama and successfully completed the Management Series Training at the University of St. Thomas Minneapolis, MN
