Installing a printer in Windows 9x

1. Click Start
2. Scroll up to Settings
3. Select Printers
4. Select "Add printer" this will open the printer wizard click next
5. Select whether the printer is a "local Printer" (attached directly to your computer) or a "network printer" (attached to another computer on the network) and click next
6. Select the "manufacturer" of your printer and the printer "model". if its not listed click "Have disk" and browse to the location of the drivers for your printer and click next
7. Select the "port" (COM1, FILE, LPT1) you'd like you use for that printer and click next
8. Type in the printer name and click next
   Select whether you'd like print a test page or not and click next
9. Click "Finish"

Conglatulations your printer is ready to print.
