Clan It-uile Rankings

Player/Hero Ranks:

1 Aspirant: An Aspirant would be a low-level player who has not received a healing spell/skill yet, but is deeply interested in the works of It-uile. By becoming an Aspirant of It-uile, the player is promising to receive a healing spell/skill and use it to help others in Ragnarok. To be promoted from Aspirant, a player must perform a healing spell/skill upon an officer of It-uile.

2 Acolyte: The first healing rank of the clan. An acolyte has recently joined and is proving him or herself to the clan. He or she must obey any member of the clan. A willingness to hand out the healing items that can be found around Ragnarok might be grounds for an early apprenticeship.

3 Apprentice: An apprentice is required to fetch and carry. He or she is expected to spend at least part of each login at the statue. The Apprentice is expected to help lower members.

4 Junior Journeyman: The Journeyman begins to travel to heal others. While the Apprentice may not know their way around the area, a Journeyman has learned their way around. He or she is expected to heal a few people at the statue or elsewhere each login.

5 Senior Journeyman: This Journeyman has proven hi or her worth as a Junior Journeyman. He or she continues to both travel to heal and to heal at the statue. The Senior Journeyman is expected to help lower members, particularly Junior Journeymen in learning they way of a Journeyman.

6 Master Healer: Not only does a Master Healer heal at the statue and travel to heal, but he or she also helps others to get healing items, and helping out lower level/rank members of the clan.

Hero Ranks:

7 Chirurgen: This is an old word for Surgeon (anyone who has medical training beyond just herb lore or midwifery.) A Chirurgen should be familiar with ALL of the healing items that can be found around Ragnarok, and should help others to acquire them (cross, ankh, sharktooth necklace, hematite ring, etc.) Anyone who is a Chirurgen or higher must be a hero or heroine (except in special circumstances).

8 Shaman: A shaman is traditionally a tribal medicine man or woman. These clan members must fulfill all prior requirements of the clan, but additionally must be able to cleanse players of their ailments. For this reason, a Shaman must be an Elementalist with cleanse, a Bard with purify, or a Hero Mage with cure.

9 Sage: A sage is someone who has a greater knowledge of Ragnarok and the Earth. He or she knows where all of the healing items are, and can forage for healing foods. To become a Sage, one must be either a Bard or an Elementalist.

10 Druid: One of the highest levels in the clan. Potential officers of the clan must show their dedication by reaching Druid level before being elected to officer rank. This is also a position for Wizards in It-uile. When a player becomes a Wizard, they forsake their healing abilities, but are still able to help. We do not see it necessary to kick out a devoted member to the clan because they gave up their healing abilities to be a Wizard. For this reason, they will be promoted to Druid. Wizard druids may not become Clan Officers.

Officers:

11 Master of Ceremonies: This is the Officer responsible for arranging the clan raids and quests. He or she is responsible for coordinating members and times so that as many as possible will be present. Also, expected to lead raids if the leaders cannot be present. When there is no Master of Ceremonies, the Clan Second shall perform these duties.

12 Troubador: A Bard is preferred for this position, but a member of another guild is acceptable if there is no available Bard. The Troubador is responsible for logging all of the clan meetings and raids/quests. These are to be posted both on the web page and the clan board. If possible, the Troubador will also be the webmaster. This officer must be present as often as possible at all important events. (Another member, will fulfill the requirements if the Troubador is unavailable.)

13 Apothecary: This officer is in charge of all stores. He or she is in charge of making new drinks, pricing them, decorating the pubs/shops, and deciding when it is time to expand. He or she is in charge of the clan bank account.

14. Cleric: This is the recruiting officer of the clan. He or she is in charge of prospective members and dealing with promotions within the ranks. Only the Cleric and Phoenix may allow others to join. The Cleric is the Faith Healer of the Clan and is responsible for keeping the morale high. If there is no Cleric, the Clan leader will take on these duties.

15 Phoenix: The Phoenix is the Clan Leader and the Clan Second. The Clan Leader is the face of the clan. He or she is to attend all Clan Conclave meetings and to run all Clan meetings. The Clan Leader is in charge of the clan and its officers. The Clan Second is to help the Clan Leader in any ways seen fit. He or she is to assist officers when they are in need. The Clan Second is in charge of the clan when the leader is unavailable.
