Name: Siveke emits a neutral hedgehog aura Level: 15 Guild: Faerie Affiliation: Apprentice of It-uile Brought up by human parents, Siveke's childhood was fairly uneventful. Living in Champlin, she enjoyed her youth as any other faery child. Her life consisted of days in the town school house, afternoons with her friends and evenings with her family. On special occassions, she was treated to one of the grandiose tales from Robert Greyfallow, Master Bard to the Tangemarine Tavern. As they say, when it rains it pours. In the summer of Siveke's 18th birthday, it flooded. Her younger sister Gilna was pulled down into Champlin's docks by the swift undertoe. Insisting she was old enough to go alone, Gilna swam out to the boat for Ragnarok, and never surfaced. Her older brother Yohan dove in after her, but failed to save the girl's life. Siveke "knew" something was amiss. She flew from her job at the Tangemarine Tavern and ran to the docks. Somehow pulling Yohan from the water, she managed to get help to haul him back into the village. Siveke almost drowned herself, and her brother became deathly ill. Gilna's body was never found. Too much time was spent trying to find the Champlin doctor, and Yohan died. The renowned Ivory Tower medics told Siveke that when Yohan entered the water he struck a rock; causing him to splinter bones and lose massive amounts of blood. They said if something had been administered to him right after the accident, he probably would have survived. In a kind way, they told her if she had had healing training, or had knowledge about specific herbs... Grief overwhelmed her. Siveke hardened. Taking responsibility, she carried out all burial arrangements. Within a year, the once playful and carefree adolescent from Champlin transformed into an emotionally scarred, solemn woman. Moving on from her family's disasters, she left Champlin for the main city of Ragnarok; to make a life for herself. Good fortune brought her to meet Pixie, a woman whose abilities opened Siveke's eyes. Supplicating to clan It-uile for an apprenticeship, she pledges to learn from all the sage healers that reside within their ranks. Siveke carries the hope that somehow Gilna was spared by a kind sea sprite, and that someday she will see her again. Gender: Female Race: Faerie Marital Status: Siveke is single.
