160: agenda format (template) (Pixie, Jun 13, 40)

As I said at the meeting, I would like to get to the point where I'm just directing the meetings, and the Officers are in charge of their respective parts of the agenda. I don't know how soon we'll be getting to that point, but I'll put this out now. Also, this IS the format I use every month, regardless if I'm doing it all, or if officers are doing their parts. Enough babble, here
it is:

   a) Prospective members
   b) Promotions
3) Phoenix' Report (Phoenix)
4) Events (Masterhealer)
   a) Past
   b) Coming up
5) Pub (Apothecary)
6) Website/Publicity (Troubador)
7) Other/Open floor (Phoenix)

Members, if you ever have anything you would like on the agenda, just mail me in advance. I will continue to try to put up an agenda, so you know if there are specifics we are discussing. Once officers are in charge of their own sections, you may be required to assist me in filling in the agenda (if there are specifics that need to be mentioned. example: the cleric should tell me
what prospective members we are voting on.)
