SANDWICHES
REUBEN SANDWICH- 5.5 points
2 slices low fat rye bread
2 oz lean corned beef (such as Healthy Choice)
1 thin slice low fat Swiss cheese (such as Alpine Lace)
1 tbs low fat Russian dressing
sauerkraut- as much as you can fit on the sandwich (no points)
Assemble sandwich and grill in a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
Makes 1
sandwich for 5.5 points.
Serve with pickles (no points) and 1 oz. of Lay's WOW chips (1 point) for a delicious 6.5 point lunch.

TURKEY SANDWICH- 4 points
2 slices low fat bread (1 point/slice)
1 slice low-fat cheddar (Kraft 2% slices are 1 point/slice)
2 oz fat free turkey slices (such as Healthy Choice)
2 tbs mustard (or try horseradish mustard!)
Lettuce or spinach leaves
Makes
1 sandwich, 4 points.

GRILLED CHEESE, HAM AND TOMATO SANDWICH- 5 points
2 slices low fat bread (1 point/slice)
2 slices low fat cheddar (Kraft 2% slices)
6 slices Healthy Choice ham
tomato slices
Put 1 slice of cheese on 1 slice bread; add the ham, tomato slices and the other slice of cheese. Top with the remaining bread slice.  Grill in a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.

Makes 1 sandwich, 5 points.
