1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
Combine all ingredients and process in blender until smooth
Makes
1 serving, 4 points.

CHOCOLATE CHERRY FRAPPE- 5 points
1/2 cup chocolate-cherry frozen yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup vanilla fat free yogurt
Combine and process in blender until smooth
Makes
1 serving, 5 points.

COFFEE COOLER- 2 points
1 cup strong cold coffee
1 cup ice
1 cup coffe fat-free yogurt
2 packets Equal (sugar substitute)
Combine and process in blender
Makes
1 serving, 2 points.
