here we go... For yours truly, this man redefined
ODD!!! And he certainly outdoes Mary Schneider
as the strangest thing I own. While researching
this man I saw 12 DIFFERENT WEBSITES that claimed
that this song was the most disturbing thing they'd
ever heard! I guess I'm number 13.
His
anti abortion track "Diary of an unborn child",
sung by a man clearly in his mid twenties from
the viewpoint OF THE FOETUS no less is nothing
less than mind boggling to yours truly. Recorded
(at a guess) sometime in the 60's, apparently
he's not willing to talk about it nowadays (kinda
understandable really)... Weirder still, there
are actual pro life sites who use the lyrics seriously...

To
be fair Brian has done some cool stuff, such as
the soundtrack to the simply awesome Mad
Max, as well as the silly but fun Larry Drake
film, Dr. Giggles... But the LP that I've got
(Hits of the '70's), has some REALLY cheesy arrangements,
particularly of a Beatles Medley. A few
of the tracks on the LP pictured are also on Hits
of the 70's. When I find a link to his website,
I'll post that too...

I
have the Xmas LP whose cover of "Away in a
manger" I found quite astounding, and if
you decide you want one, you'd better start hunting
through second hand record shops NOW, since this
record, is apparently quite sought after by Odd
Music Aficionados (though the website above has
PLENTY of MP3's to get your teeth into)! An
AMAZINGLY ODD concept!!!
OK,
peeps here's the deal! A professional yodeller
who's been performing since 1977 (Apparently).
Indeed her daughter Melinda Schneider has managed
to parlay the Country yodelling type mantle into
a successful solo carreer. Well
this time around (1994, I think), Mary's teamed
up with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and recorded
a CD in which she YODELS the William Tell Overture
(Amongst many others)!
The

in black! The more I see this
man, the more he scares the crap out of me!!!
This man is a German sensation, with a career
spanning nearly FIFTY years, an amazing
voice and even more amazingly Blonde looks.
His wife (An ACTUAL Princess no less) is ALMOST
as Blonde!
There's
even a Cult dedicated to Heino! They believe
that ALIENS have placed a chip in his Brain (OF
COURSE, it ALL makes sense now!!!) which somehow
relates to the well being of humanity!!! When
I find it (the site, not the chip, though if any
of the aliens involved are reading this, I'm up
for one of these chips & mine doesn't even

art equipment such as the Fairlight C.M.I (Computer
Musical Instrument)!

These people prove (to me anyway) that

particular CD is dedicated to the songs of Scientology
founder/Sci-fi author L. Ron Hubbard.
The song we played, the
title track "State of Mind" was chosen
because while the material on this CD is supposed
to be by L. Ron Hubbard, neither the lyrics or
the music was written by him, Naturally!!!
