**You register your room next time - because unfortunately there is NOTHING we can do to help you.
**We have too many registered (+r) rooms to help. We cannot spend all of our time helping non-registered (-r) rooms that are constantly losing owners. For a while we were helping everyone. But now, it has got to the point where the -r rooms are consuming way too much of our time. We apologize if someone came in and took your room for no reason, but please do not ask us to help. It is a very sore subject with all of us that have been badgered over and over with sob stories of how people want us to make an exception "just for them". The answer is NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. Did I mention the answer was NO?
