**Some general rules to keep in mind are as follows:
1. Do not abuse the Sysops or helpers - we are here to help you, but we do not have to put up with bad attitudes.
2. If you have a problem with one of the Sysops - do not take it up in the open #Helpdesk room. You need to wait for an admin to show up to talk privately, or you may email them with your complaint at: [email protected]
3. Do not spam our server with information, and do not spam other servers with our address.
4. Unfortunately sysops cannot help with people that are "just being mean". If you are having a problem in a room with another chatter saying rude things or just plain being mean, you must talk with the ops that are currently in that room, or wait for the owner to show up and talk with them. The owners have full responsibility of how thier rooms are run. We will not interfere with thier decisions unless it involves flooding, nuking, or spamming.
**And please remember.......no matter who you are friends within the admin dept - the sysops are doing thier job, as instructed by the admin. If you are out of line, you will be treated like anybody else....friends or not. |
