EXPERIENCE:

1997-2001 Sales and Marketing Manager, Phonextra Inc., Fairfield, NJ

Responsible for all marketing and sales activities of a $25 million company. Directly supervising staff of 10 sales representatives and 6 support personnel. Member of Executive Committee and Chair of Marketing Committee.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Developed and implemented new company image, including new logo design, new website, new company brochure and interactive CD-ROM. Inquiries from website increased by 300%.

Increased revenue by 68% over a three-year period through a combination of staff expansion, innovative training, implementation of new productivity tools, and performance monitoring.

Improved collaboration with major vendors by developing professional relationships, delivering group presentations, and providing reliable follow-through. Our company was awarded �Dealer of the Year� by one large manufacturer and received a coveted �Specialist� certification from another.
