Welcome to the IPD official Website. IPD is an intermicronational institute,
supervised by the Southern Sea Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Southern
Sea Royal College. It was founded in February 2001 by Royal Charter and since
then is fully funded by the Government's Public Institutions Department.IPD's
goal is to promote cooperation and piece between it's members, to issue annual
reports about the micronationalism world arena, to provide diplomatic advising
and work as a web forum.
