IPD accepts new micronations with the following qualifications:
- At least 6 months of existance
- Minimum 10 residents population
- Online representation
- Good diplomatic relations with other micronations
- Stable and well specified political system
- Acceptance of the IPD Charter of Laws and Ethics
All interested micronations should download, complete and
send the following application

You should then receive a confirmation e-mail in the next
48 hours. Final
decissions should arrive in the next 2 weeks. Please do not send any e-mail
regarding your application's progress. IPD Admissions Department will inform
you as soon as possible.
