Requirements to Receive Services
Individuals may have progressed through one of our Board and Care Homes or may live alone, with family, with friends, or in other residential settings, etc. Individuals are eligible to receive services who:
1. Are at least 18 years old-male or female.
2. Have a diagnosis of developmental disability.
3. Have a desire to receive Independent Living services.
Individuals enjoy the freedom they find when living independently and developing their own circle of friends and places they like to go. In Unison staff are there to assist when needed and help make it happen!
