Jesse Becker
Jesse is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. She has enjoyed participating in a wide variety of sporting disciplines over the years. More recentlyshe has competed in triathlons across the UK and as a recreational runner; she has competed in events from 5K fun runs to 100K endurance races. Jesse trained as an exercise professional with the highly regarded Premier Training International completing the Diploma in Personal Training, recognized as the industry "gold standard" qualification. She is a fully insured member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and hold an HSE recognised certificate in Emergency First Aid.

Rochelle Holland
Rochelle is an Exercise Physiologist with a degree from Auburn University. She began her personal training profession as an exercise specialist for Wellstar Health System. After gaining much valuable experience at Wellstar, she began working as the Downtown Athletic Club's Program and Fitness Director in Atlanta, GA. Now she works for Intensity and she loves it! Right now she specializse in training pre- and post-natal women, runners, and individuals interested in weight loss.

Albert Berry
Albert is a certified personal trainer and a model. His career started in Britain, where he was born, where he played soccer in his childhood years and later professionally. Working as an athlete, he got the chance to learn about his body's capabilities and limits. During his training he was able to learn about determination and discipline, which are valuable skills to succeed in life as well as in the soccer field. he applies those same principles when he trains his clients, knowing that when he works with them he is helping them visualize themselves obtaining their fitness goals and bringing out the powerful self inside of them..

Mitchell Co-Founded Xtreme Changes Personal Training with his wife Keira in 2005. Together they have helped thousands of people acheive their fitness goals and live healthier lifestyles. Mitchell is a proud husband and father of four children and enjoys fitness, martial arts, hiking, movies and traveling. He has worked at Intensity for 9 years.
