Rev. Juanita A. Gillis Pastor Juanita A. Gillis is a native Baltimorean. She received her early Christian experience at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Baltimore Maryland. She went on to become one of the founders of the Spirit of Liberty Christian Fellowship Church which later changed it name to the Word of Truth Center International located in Baltimore Maryland. In 1994 she came to Atlanta Georgia to start another branch of ministry. The Circle of Love Fellowship was manifested into being on July 3 1996 under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Stephanie D. Williams as Pastor and Rev Juanita A Gillis being the Co-Pastor. On May 7, 2000, Rev Gillis became the Pastor of Circle of Love Fellowship. Her desire has always been to see the people be that they can be spiritually, emotionally and financially. That they prosper and be in GOOD health even as their souls prospers. She received her Masters of Divinity in Spiritual Psychology from the institute for Self-Transcendence formerly know as the New Thought Theological Seminary in 1998. Pastor Gillis is currently pursing her doctorate at the institution while taking Personal Enrichment courses and the Institute for Inner Awareness formally known as Universal Principles of Truth Ministry, where she has received a certified spiritual advisor certificate. Rev. Gillis currently has a practice in Relationship counseling named R.E.L.A.T.E.Realizing Everyone’s Life Always Touches Essence) Counseling Service where she is a certified forsenic counselor specializing in relationship youth, family and mediation counseling. She realizes that everyone must first have a good, healthy relationship with God, themselves and then with others. She believes in the God that is within and that you have what you think. Pastor Juanita believes that if you continue to think the way you always thought, you will continue to get what you have always gotten. She believes that you are God manifested in the flesh and that Jesus is our great teacher.

Rev. Dr. Linda F. Garrett Linda Garrett holds a Doctorate Divinity Degree in Spiritual Psychology and a Master Divinity Degree from New Thought Theological Seminary, Atlanta, GA. She also holds a Master of Science Degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Valdosta State College, Valdosta, GA. Linda has been a member of Circle of Love Fellowship since 1997. She is the church's administrator and senior minister. When not in her ministerial faculty, Linda Garrett supervises the professional staff of Care Managers employed by APS Georgia External Review Project. These Care Managers assist the Georgia Community Service Boards in the clinical assessment of consumers requesting mental health and substance abuse services within the State system. She previously served as Auditor/Trainer for the Georgia ERO Project. Prior to coming to APS, Linda Garrett worked for Pathways Center in LaGrange, GA in several different capacities starting as Behavioral Specialist and ending as Sr. Social Services Coordinator. During her tenure at Pathways she coordinated respite services, after-hours emergency services. She developed, implemented and managed new services for the chronically, mentally ill, developed a case management unit, converted a stand-alone, sub-acute detox program into a detox/crisis respite/crisis stabilization program. She also maintained an adult day treatment program, day services and outpatient program for five counties, in addition to providing training to a staff of 300 plus employees. She continues to provide training to a variety of audiences in her capacity as Clinical Manager at APS Georgia External Review Organization
