| Under this program, Canadian citizens and permanent residents who are owners of businesses in Canada may use that as an opportunity to help their relatives who do not qualify for family sponsorship under the family class to migrate to Canada. Both the applicant and the prospective immigrant must meet certain qualifications. Filling out the forms below will help us to determine the extent of qualification for both parties. It is important to note, however, that the prospective immigrant will have to go through two forms of assessment. The first will involve a determination of his/her relationship to the business applicant, either as an assisted relative or family class member. The other will be assessed based on the criteria for an independent immigrant. The relative would therefore need to make about 70 points to qualify. However, the prospective immigrant will automatically score some points for having an arranged employment. The second part of the assessment kicks in after the applicant (employer) has submitted an application/proposal to the nearest Citizenship and Immigration Canada Office on behalf of the prospective immigrant. When we approve your assessment which will be done free of charge within 24 hours of receipt, we will guide you through the writing of a proposal to be submitted to the Immigration office. An added advantage for the applicant also is that he/she would not have to apply for job validation from Human Resources Canada. FREE ASSESSMENT |
