Tea Of Dogrose Petals

Dry the petals in small mounds and preserve them in glass jars, closed. Let them draw in a teapot or a thermos flask for no more than 5 minutes. Put 1 tablespoon of dry petals for 1 cup of boiling water. The infusion has a very nice colour and a pleasant flavour.
This tea has a soothing effect. The same method can be used for brewing the petals of roses and the flowers of jasmine .
