Who am I as a Christian?

The most important thing is to start to see yourself as God sees you!  Some points are:

By virtue of creation ….

1.   You are created in the image of God, and so are very good in essence (even if you don't do good all the time and still may sin and make mistakes).
2.   You are loved by God unconditionally for who you are.

By virtue of Jesus' death for you and that you have put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ ….

3.   You are precious and priceless in God's sight.
4.   You are a saint of God, totally forgiven of all sins, made holy and pure in God's sight, and at peace with God.  All your guilt is washed away, and you are totally accepted by Him!
5.   You are a new person - the old has gone!  You are now no longer defined by what you once were or did.  God, by grace, has "restored you to glory"!
6.   You are free from all condemnation.
7.   You are a child of God and a member of His household, adopted into His eternal family, now having great dignity.  God is now your Father!

Remember, it's
not what you do that makes you right with God or anyone else - it's what God has done for you in Jesus!  God loves you!!
