81. Col. John WALLER ⁽¹⁰⁾ was born on 23 Feb 1673 in Newport Pagnell, England. He died on 17 Sep 1754 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Was Justice of the Peace in King and Queen County, VA, Feb 1698/99. And again Sheriff of the same county 1699 - 1703. Major in the militia of King William County commanded by Col. John West. Representative from King William County in the Huose of Burgess, 1710 - 1714 and 1720 - 1722. He was the first clerk of Spotsylvania County in 1722 and held this position with great honor for 20 years. On March 22, 1727 he was named as one of the first Board of Trustees of the town of Fredericksburg as its establishment.

He was married to Dorothy KING in 1690.⁽¹⁰⁾ Helen Surmont's information shows marriage date about 1697 Dorothy KING was born in 1675. She died in 1758. She was buried in in the "Garden Yard" in Newport, VA. Col. John WALLER and Dorothy KING had the following children:
