He was educated St. John's College on 30 Mar 1698 in Cambridge. ⁽¹⁰⁾ Matriculated 1698; B.A. 1701/02; M.A. 1705, M.D. 1712; Fellow of St. John's College. He died in 1745. He was buried about 1745 in Kings College Chapel, St. John's College, Cambridge.
87 viii. James WALLER⁽⁵⁾ was born in 1683. He died in 1684 in dsp.
88 ix. Jamima WALLER was born on 3 Aug 1684.
