Got up early to do some important things. Quickly forgot what they were.

First of all was the idea of going to watch an Argentinian rock band who were playing on Tuesday night, group called Bersuit.

I had seen the posters all round town, but it was only on Friday night that I had heard some of their songs. Fancied going, even if I didnt have anyone to take with me or to take me!

I knew that tickets were on sale somewhere near the Spanish Theatre, so I went there first, but everything seemed to be locked up. Hmmm. Wandered off to check my e-mails and then go to the gym.

Went shopping in Nort, well, it was Monday lunchtime, you know, and then back home where I finished off my book.

Another attempt to buy gig tickets was in the offing.

Went round to the Spanish Theatre again and then saw a huge, like, gigantic sign with "Torca" on it, which I knew sold tickets. brilliant.

It seemed to be a clothes shop, and they had posters for the gigs, so I knew I was in the right place, but the guy at the desk said they had none left. No! However, he told me, if I went to the Torca furniture shop two blocks down, then I could get some there.

So I hotfooted it, got lost, got found again, stumbled accidentally upon the shop, weaved my way around the sales assistants and saw a woman brandishing gig tickets.

I stood my place in the queue, bought my prized ticket, paid my money (got the usual look of disgust for paying with a big note), shoved ticket and money in my pocket and headed out.

Then back to the cyber cafe to do some real work on my questionnaires (nearly finished, nearly finished!) and finally to the cinema to watch "Godsend", or El Enviado in Spanish, a slightly creepy film about cloning children. Didnt like it much. Featured Robert de Niro as a not so nice really doctor.
