EVERYTHING YOU'VE EVER WANTED TO KNOW...

Here we answer all the questions you have about CKTC.

Q: What does CKTC stand for?
A: It stands for Curiosity Killed The Cat.

Q: What is Curiosity Killed The Cat ?
A: CKTC is a play that Maroondah Secondary College's Year Ten students (2002) devised for their [bloody spectacular] performance at the Monash University Schools Drama Festival. It's based on two ideas, and the storyline is set in a futuristic museum, in 2072, where visitors to the 'Mysterious Deaths' exhibit have an out-of-this-world body-switching experience with historical figures. See the Synopsis or The Idea pages for more information.

Q: When did you perform?
A: Our performance date was November 8 2002

Q: Do you really hate Shelford?
A: Of course we do. Infact I've sent many parcels containg anthrax to them.

Q: Who made this site?
A: Bob did.

Q: Where did you get the name 'Bob'?
A: Well, we were doing a play for Drama in Year Nine and we were split into groups of three. Me, Mel and Lisa were in a group, and to abbreviate the lines, we used the first letter of our names. We ended up with an M and two L's, so it was changed to B, for Bob, and  I guess it stuck.

Q: Do you like it?
A: Yes, I do.

Q: Who recieved the Sorry We Had To Screw You award (AKA the Encouragement award)?
A: To my knowledge, I think St. Beads won the award. Damn them.

Q: Who is your director?
A: Our director is Mrs Judi Benney and she helped shape the performance until we refined it down to the wonderful piece of NIDA approved theatre.

Q: Why is CKTC rated PG?
A: Due to the content of our performance, it has been unofficially classifed PG (by myself), as the themes of supernaturality and the violence to a degree is something that young children may not understand.

Q: How often is the site updated?
A: Almost every two days, if not daily.

Q: Is there going to be pictures/videos/music on the site?
A: Yes and No. The pictures will have to be bought from Monash, who own them. There is a CKTC: The Music CD which can be enquired about/ordered
HERE. The video (on the site) is 99.9% likely never to happen, although here is a video of the performance.

Q: Will the site ever finish?
A: No, if I can be buggered, I'll continue updating it with year eleven stuff.

Q: Is Bob REALLY related to Superman?
A: Yes, he is Superman's youngest child.
