Leeds Lost Loiners
Sheffield Beagles Vs Heavy Woollen Donkeys

Well we started ok but then completely lost our way after the first quarter. We were going through our sets with some good work from the forwards giving the backs a platform to launch some good attacks that allowed us to score a well worked try. Bu then we just seemed to go off the boil. Some of it was down to lack of fitness which meant that players weren't doing the jobs that was expected of them but i also thought that there was an element of too many chiefs and not enough indians. It seemed at times everyone was issuing instructions and no one was doing the actual work. I have to hold my hand up for that because it is supposed to be my job to give us direction which if i'd have been doing that then no one else would have felt the need to start yelling instructions. If we had done a better job of stopping Sheffields two big forwards then that could have made a big difference to the final result as well. But as they say, there is always the next game.
