| 51. To Be able to get out of a stuffed chair gracefully and not have to look down to see if the cushion came up with your butt! 52. To not have people check you out after checking out what is in your grocery cart at the store. 53. To be able to keep your wedding rings on when you are on your period. 54. To not have to look and feel like a sausage in stirrup pants... 55. NO MORE BOOBS! (this is for the guys out there) 56. To have a lap again. 57. To flirt successfully :) 58. One size fits all...and you, too! 59. To not have to take fat references and jokes personally. 60. To wear a watch with a regular-length band on it. 61. To be able to cross your legs or sit "indian-style." 62. To be able to wear buckled shoes instead of slip-ons. 63. To not mind getting your picture taken--you might even become a "Ham!" 64. To have your friends NOT be embarrassed to be seen in public with you...Not that they are. 65. Pants that stay up because your waist is smaller than your hips. 66. To not have the fear of being rejected in social situations because of your weight. 67. To not have to worry about how to get in and out of the back seat of a car with only 2 doors. 68. So the cloth in your thigh area of your slacks wears out long before the rest does! 69. To not have the car you're riding in slant in your direction. 70. To be able to use the toilet paper as it was meant to be used, instead of having to come up with new and inventive ways to "get the job done." 71. To not have to watch a TV report on fat people with hopes they didn't catch you on tape. 72. To be able to get between two cars in a parking lot without wiping dust off with your belly and butt. 73. No more rashes or chafing in between your upper thighs! 74. TO HAVE GREAT SEX! 75. To meet a friend online and not be horrified to have to send a picture of yourself! 76. To be able to find pantyhose that FIT and don't end up twisted even though you were sure you put them on right! 77. To go shopping and not have your back ache from lugging your huge butt and stomach around. 78. To be able to stand still, be carrying nothing, and still look poised. 79. To be able to cross your arms without having to rest them on your stomach! 80. To have your feet get smaller! (What an excellent excuse to buy more shoes!) 81. Being able to use your mouth to TASTE & CHEW food, rather than as just the fastest route to get the food from your lips to your stomach. 82. To have your blood pressure reading within the normal range again. 83. To avoid other health complications related to being overweight. 84. To not have to avoid going to the doctor because you have to get "weighed in." 85. To see someone for the first time since you began losing and watch their eyes pop out of their head! 86. To see your reflection in a department store window without turning away. 87. To be able to wake up in the morning and feel energized and ready to go! 88. To not have to worry about squeezing into small places. 89. To not have to enter an elevator and check out the weight limit. 90. To look into your closet and NOT have problems deciding what stylish outfit to wear to work since you have SO MANY that look good and fit well! 91. To not have to lie perfectly still at night in bed for fear of collapse. 92. To be able to walk any distance without having to look for the next bench to sit on! 93. To be able to drive by a fast food place without even thinking twice! 94. To look forward to going shopping so you can just try on clothes! 95. To be able to shop at the same store for food instead of having to remember where you stopped last night for your junk food so you can avoid that store for a few days. 96. To not have to feel lower than low when an innocent child remarks about your weight. 97. To not be constantly thinking of where your next morsel of food is coming from. 98. To be able to squeeze into small places! 99. To be able to talk about maintaining your weight when you pop into your next support group meeting so you can encourage the pre-ops! And the 100th reason to lose weight is.... |
