Synopsis: American business has used ALL the loop holes to hire employees while avoiding to pay fairly its employees. Working in America will only get worse if the Labor Dept. continues to be mute to violations, criminal activity and favoring Corporate felonious activity. High paying jobs for Whites turn into low paying jobs for Minorities?! "Valuing Employees", in America is dead-last on Corporate Americas Goals! Since 1990, American business has found that employees require safeguards put into place after WWII, to make unfair company practices punishable. Some safeguards were: fair wages, equitable benefits, grievance procedures, continuing education, bonuses, advancements, profit sharing, performance compensation, certifications, accreditation, etc, etc. In 1980, after the "retirement benefit" was eliminated for the promise of self-directed 401K, American Employers started destroying the earnings base of legal, honest, moral, decent Americans by eliminating many other benefits. The alarming statistics demonstrate that the bulk of these changes have effected Minorities(black & brown)primarily men, while the existing Whites remained with many remaining benefits (grandfathered in)having two-three retirement plans. As American businesses continue this dismantling they saw that the companies that did not make these horrendous changes were growing, getting publicity and retaining more of their employees, etc. It was at that time that these companies sought to consult with existing Temporary Agencies as; Manpower and their co-horts that immediately devised the plan ensuring American businesses they would hire new employees and assist in retaining them. But by doing this the Temporary Agency would have full use of employees and keep them on their payroll. Many employees were coerced by the company to seek employment thru these Temp Agencies, told one salary then paid by the Temp agency below market wages and hired new employees without any benefits, holiday pay, sick pay, etc. Likewise the two-tier Corporate Employee status was started; Tier one employees (primarily Whites)worked at Headquarters while Tier two employees (primarily blacks/browns) worked in another building-shack that of sweat-shop premises. These Temp Agency would do some company training and be responsible for the employee indirectly. In 2008, the same gimmicks and gambits continue to exist on a more depraved,criminal,hostile environment. 2008 Temp Agencies Corrupt Practices: 1. Temp Agency charges $50/hr to Company, but the Temp Agency pays $10/hr to the employee. 2. Paying Temp Agency Executives a commission on the $50/hr. 3. Changing basic hiring rules as; longer probationary periods, below national payscales, no holiday pay, no vacation pay, no sick pay, constantly changing hours worked, etc. 4. Refusing to pay for training, no continuing education, not paying for license fees, no tools, etc. 5. Then charging employees for basic HR processes, tools, licenses, occupational certifications, etc.(ex. charging for Drug Tests, Charging for Tickets on unscheduled repairs of equipment, charging for benefits once covered for Whites, etc.) 6. Temp Agency placing a clause not allowing permanent placement to the Company without paying them a hefty fee firstbefore becoming permanent. 7. Not offering, and/or paying for health, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, etc. 8. Refusing to pay commissions, bonuses, annual compensations and other monetary benefits for out-performance etc.etc.etc. 9. Refusing to pay for employer charges as; paper, faxes, gas, mailing lists, after hours visits, etc. 9. Lining the pocket of Judges to look-the-other-way on EEO complaints Monster.com & Careerbuilder.com - 2 largest foreign hiring agents in America! They profess to be: 1. Diversity oriented, 2. Helping Veterans, 3. EEO compliant, [but far from the truth] - they are assisting foreign based hiring firms and contracting out recruiting to foreigners and illegals. Millions of Americans have lost ALL of their hard earned promise of "benefiting from their Degree" to these corrupt Temp Agencies. It has become a buyer beware, because they use corruption to hire, they use corruption in terminating employees and they use Tier One Employees as the gimmick that American Companies pay well. They hire for vacations employees then when the employee returns they terminate the Temp. Additionally, a Judicial System favoring Corporate wealth for a destructive societal demise.
