America's Hiring Gimmicks and Gambits!

There was a time in America when men and women alike, believed in a "earn as you go" mentality. Those days are over! Today America has let the flood gates down to ALL kinds of employment practices never allowed before. In a society that sponsored the fifties and sixties bureaucratic taskforce ever known to mankind- yes the Labor Department. This 250,000 workforce is presently the biggest entitlement program soon to be no longer active. Its sister programs of 100,000 more bureaucrates the EEOC and Labor Standards Committees are as well receiving tax dollars but no action has come about these organizations. The fact is the backlog of cases are sometimes years in the answering, let alone the travesty of no-scrutiny and poor investigative concern and "blind-eye" due to political corruption in America is prevalent. The State of Missouri likewise has thousands of EEO cases but the same people continue their criminal job behavior and egrecious bias against Minorities.

Unfortuneately, America is a country where you can skirt the media, regulations and the law. When I was growing up it was education - you have to have a Degree, yea today White Americans are coaching their children that two weeks of Company training = a four year Degree?! Soon it turned to specialization now its white womens turn to work, etc. But most horiffic are the systems, maze of lies, under-employment hiring, illegal selection and Federal Government choices that are truely unjustified and abusive. The art of stealing from well-deserving, legal, educated and noble minorities for the gain of the majority - Corporate entities or White dominated community activites!


Practices;

1. Blind Boxes (to avoid scrutiny)

2. Hiring Before Advertising Position

3. Advertising Veteran,Minority,AA but hiring White Only

4. Hiring Minorities at a discount(under-employment)

5. Hiring Illegal Minorities and Foreign Whites

6. White Women hiring only Whites

7. Having new employees pay for tools,computer usage and company expenses

8. Hiring for one position then paying at lower scale

9. Hiring only thru outsourcing scams and friends

10.Illegal representation of employee(stating is vetran,minority or women)

11. Some Companies have stated," we cannot find minorities"

Roughly Americans can expect to be hired for short periods as the system absorbes millions and millions of illegals, their foreign family members and the "Right To Buy Employment" gambits of the foreign rich ones and the constant "entitlement" American Whites. The slew of corruption is present from the Corporate Office to the Janitors Office. The Federal Government thru President George Bush, 2001 has been null and void without no verdicts and without any real cases demonstrating true protection of Civil Rights, Human Rights, Employment Rights, etc.P.Marq,BS,HR Mgmt.
