Divergent Actions Caused By Federal Government Against Minority Americans
Integration of NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement), Influx of Women into Workplace and Prevention of Minority Participation.
There is a correlating cause and effect of the above actions taken within America in the past decade that has caused havoc and detriment to the American Culture and livelihood. Primary persons affected have been the lower to middle class legal minority US citizen group. The shuffling of businesses, business ethics and criminals development has left the whole American public with no recourse and a sense of "free for all" behavior continuing as of today. To all Americans the results have devastating effects as; broken promises, hindered benefits and in some cases causes thousands of negative results to include; insanity, loss of livelihood, health issues, illegal activity, family disintegration, financial distress and the dissolving middle class for upper class riches. NAFTA -1995 To date roughly 55 million jobs have gone oversees. Theses were under the assumption these jobs were lower paying, non-technical non-managerial jobs. The truth is; where there are jobs management needs to be present and so nearly 25 million jobs have also transferred management jobs to satellite or permanent foreign locations. These jobs downsized has left millions of Americans jobless not only White Americans, minorities have anotheradditional result. Even though many Whites have been compensated or given hefty "severance packages" that included career educational re-training, those left with no severance package "primarily minorities", are left with "separation agreement" - no recourse but to start immediately somewhere else at low to mediocre salary comparisons. Additionally, millions of White Americans have return pre-maturely to the workforce insisting they should have managerial jobs regardless of training and experience, which we will discuss further. Jobs publicized for Hispanics have gone to illegal Hispanics and their clans, assisted by Whites or given to Whites that require to know Spanish and have done nothing but caused more problems with Latinos. Many illegally have bought their way up the Corporate latter under the unscrupulous White American supervision but is not limited to the Latin race, we have seen the same unscrupulous behavior in the Asian, African, Russian communities too. Women into Workplace - 2000 Many Women are thankful for the rise in female presence into the workforce, but its result has been chaos. The legal apparatus which was the "minority clause" thru Affirmative Action has opened the doors for women to apply, receive and advance with the American Workforce. Of course there are many qualified Women Minorities but, the advancing minority women has been 99.9% White women. The access for other minority, legal women has again been circumvented by foreign illegal interests, White Only policy and holding back of present Minority Women until White Women finish their education to place in management positions. The result has been an easy to management without qualifications entry for women. For males it has been devastating; White males have been fired in record numbers for failing to subordinately approve of female supervision and many recent their female competitors. The truth is White males and White female both have initiated a competitive behavior that recalls "national geographic" scenes of bull against bull, while the business falls apart due to this psychotic behavior. For many minorities this psychotic behavior means wait. The other view is that of "vcr's on sale for $10", where the rush into the American Workforce by women has caused disharmony, technical, business and professional havoc and where now women only hire people of their likening and gender. This "rush-in" has created illegal acitivities, daily, confrontations and immoral behaviors amoung the married employees. Daycare businesses - the number one business to be in regardless to the absent "you raise them" attitude is prevalent. This integration has been the major disintegration of the American household as well. As seen by a Veteran - women that have not served in the Armed Forces have no-clue to what they have done for them, Veteran benefits, or many women are trying to fire Veterans because they don't want to assimilate to their work ethics, its truely shameful behavior. Prevention of Minority Participation - An example for this area of interest is the following; [a minority legal US citizen opens a home office selling tractor parts to Latin America and in the US. He promoted his business and was awarded several bids and was well on his way with his business. As a decent American he let other neighbors and White friends know about his entrepreneur results, it ended abruptly.] The result was White jeolousy, resentment and increased city taxes, IRS audits, rejection of SBA loan, loss of business repore and then finding out his White friends had just started a similar business. He is now fighting to keep his home because the IRS insists he was a c-Corporation and cannot deduct expenses! Yes, this horrible injustice can be seen in ALL-American industries where White Americans - Men and Women are using ALL matter of illegal, criminal felonious activity to contain and maintain their jobs! Sadly, low blows have been - name calling (illegalvs.legal - white vs. one shade under white and real Americans vs. wanna-be), serious behavior as; calling the police, using other Federal Government Agencies to inflict coercion and duress, calling kids schools, omitting families from social events and etc, etc. For those senior minorities of the sixties and seventies, they have now been replaced by White twenty and thirties or by an un-educated White Female.
